Music!!

My name is Crystal Lee and I am the writer of Perth Gigs Blog page on blog spot.
My blog is all about Gigs that are coming to Perth that i find interesting or would like to see.
Make sure to check it out.

Todays post is about my veiw on Music.

The music I like is barely heard these days. Many people close off to anything not on the radio or not "Main Stream". I think if people opened up their minds to all kinds of music they'd be quite surprised by what they find.

I find that alot of the popular music these days doesnt involve actual instruments. I think the
majority have forgotten what real music is. The real instruments and live gigs that have crazy, amazing atmospheres. The gigs that make you want to jump and dance or even just to feel something.

Music should be about people getting out there and having ago on an instrument and who cares if it sucks as long as theyre enjoying it and having fun.

I dont think auto tune and didgital computer sounds are counted as music. Sure its a form of enjoyment to some people but it is really art? Not to me.

REAL INSTRUMENTS, REALS VOICES AND HAVING A GO, FOR REAL!

Dip-dye hair color.....

It has seen no signs of flagging in popularity in 2013. Not just a trend for teens, dip-dye color -- in which the ends are dipped in color, while the rest of the hair is left natural -- is popping up on women (and men!) of all ages.

Fishtail Braid

1. Separate your hair into two even sections. A fishtail braid looks like it's made of several small strands, but surprisingly there are only two primary sections.

For a neat braid, use a fine-toothed comb to make a straight part down the middle of your head, from forehead to nape.

For a more tousled, Katniss Everdeen-inspired look, just part your hair with your hands and separate into two sections that seem somewhat even.

2. Pull a small strand of hair from the left section into the right section. Once you get this grip down, you'll be able to do it for the whole braid.

Hold the right section of hair in your right hand.

Drop the left section and let it hang loose. Because you're only working with two sections, you don't need to worry about it mixing with another part of the braid.

Using your left hand, pull up a small strand of hair from the leftmost side of the left section. That is, from the side of the left section of hair that's closest to your ear.

For a more intricate-looking braid, pull up smaller strands of hair. For a quicker braid, grab larger sections.

Grab the small strand of hair from the left section with your right hand, incorporating it into the right section of the braid.

Hold the left section of hair in your left hand again. As you pick it back up, you can run your fingers through the section to smooth out any knots and tighten up the braid.

3. Pull a small strand of hair from the right section into the left section. This is just like the previous step, but mirrored.

Hold the left section of hair in your left hand.

Drop the right section and let it hang loose. Again, because you're only working with two primary sections, there's no need to worry about mixing strands.

Using your right hand, pull up a small strand of hair from the rightmost side of the right section (or the part closest to your ear).

Grab the small strand of hair from the right section with your left hand, incorporating it into the left section of the braid.

Hold the right section of hair in your right hand again. As you pick it back up, you can run your fingers through the section to smooth out any knots and tighten up the braid.

4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until you run out of hair. Keep alternating sides and adding strands until you get to the end of the hair. Try to keep the small strands that you pull into the main sections as evenly sized as possible.

5.Tie off the braid with a ribbon or non-rubber hair elastic.

Ready for the Winter!!

" Into the Mountains" - Thats the name of the new collection created by Oskar Metsavaht. The inspiration came from mixing the sophistication of Aspen in the 1960s and the rusticity of the Patagonia.
